“Close to Airport, but a Dirty Nightmare”
The place is super close to the airport and there are loads of restaurants and supermarkets around, so that part was great. But the room was a nightmare – hair, dust, dampness, and constant noise. The staff only spoke through a tiny window, making you feel more like a captive than a guest. I won't be back.
“Convenient Hub, Missing Desk”
The hotel sits in Serusop, right by Hua Ho Supermarket and a ton of cafés and restaurants – you can grab anything from roti to nasi goreng. The area also has bakeries, two 24‑hour laundromats, and the stadium and Airport Mall are a 20‑minute walk away. The staff were friendly and they kept bottled water and toilet paper handy. The only gripe: no desk big enough for a laptop – a fold‑down wall desk would have helped.
