Our room was on the 2nd floor; we heard doors slamming all night and loud guests talking until 3 am, and the front‑desk phone didn’t work when we tried calling; the floor above us had someone walking back and forth, stomping, so if we return we’ll request the top floor. The beds were nice and soft, the refrigerator kept everything cold, and the room was perfect for two adults and two kids.
