The hotel was very nice, reasonably clean and comfortable, and the lobby had a great atmosphere; the location was perfect for markets, shopping and good restaurants, making it a good spot for visiting the city. However, the showers were cold throughout the stay, warm at most on one day, and construction or other work overnight kept us awake; the lifts, some alarm, and work past midnight made the timing unlucky and affected our stay.

The property was essentially located well, but I think the price we paid was too high compared to other hotels; our room flooded on the second night and it took so long to turn off the water, forcing us into three different rooms; the spa upstairs was broken; the TV volume fluctuated wildly and some channels were not available or insufficiently loud.

The hotel was nice but the furniture was outdated; the city view was a lie—there was only a narrow alley visible.

Breakfast and location were great, but I booked a room with a city view and did not receive it; the room was too small, the shower leaked onto the floor, and the toilet shower was weak.
