The facilities are brand‑new, clean, and comfortable. The mattress is one of the best we’ve slept on during our trip. We stayed for two nights, and when we returned to Ao Nang we booked again because it’s an excellent place to rest. The staff are always attentive to your needs and questions. The only drawback is that it’s far from the center and the beach; you’ll need to rent a motorbike or car because Grab doesn’t operate there.

The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning. However, there’s a bathtub in the courtyard that offers zero privacy—everything is visible from the neighbor’s tub, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet stay. A nearby mosque plays loud prayers on a speaker, and the acoustic insulation is poor, so you can hear motorcycles and cars passing by. For the price, it’s quite disappointing; the place is pretty but offers no privacy at all.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, the right size, and offered good value. The location is perfect if you want to avoid the front‑area noise, as it’s about a 10‑minute drive, and the views around the property are amazing. The downside is a nearby prayer call system that blasts loudly between 5‑6 am each morning—keep that in mind.

Very cosy, very clean, and it gives a nice outdoor vibe. The only issue: there’s no coffee or tea making facilities—just a kettle and nothing else. Also, the quilt didn’t come with a cover.
