The spot itself is well situated. However, the owner is completely unprofessional: if you book for a weekend and someone else requests the whole house, he cancels your reservation. The service in that regard is awful.

During the first month everything was calm. The place is spacious, and I would have liked to come back, but internal issues got in the way. The microwave was never installed and there is no cooking area, though they do lend you a kettle. In the second month their internal problems affected me: a staff change brought in a manager who smoked marijuana and sent messages constantly, which felt like harassment. I lost some women's clothing, and Marissa ignored me, only replying when it was time to collect money. They also let people in to drink.

Leaving was the only positive part. The Wi‑Fi keeps cutting out, the owner snores all night and is very unfriendly, there are cockroaches, and the kitchen is not equipped as advertised—no microwave, no stove—so you can’t cook or even heat water. The bed is terrible and noisy. The worst is Cesar, who is very untrustworthy; after all his lies and stories I had to leave early, and he didn’t refund the remaining nights in full (he only returned 75%).
