The hotel is in the middle of the town, which makes it easy to find food and breakfast, and there are many shops nearby. There’s no elevator, so it’s tough if you have a heavy bag, and at night it’s hard to find a restaurant that’s still open.

We only stayed one night here on our way from Taman Negara (after two nights in Kuala Tahan) before catching the southbound train; the beds were comfy, it’s in the town centre but not noisy, and it’s easy to reach the bus and train stations. Having coffee available and a water refill station is nice, and the shower was very good.
