Everything was organized; the room had everything you could need, the location was good, and the room was very clean.

The spot was spot on, but handling my luggage was a hassle.

The location was spot on, the rooms were huge and the bed was super comfy, and the hotel had just been renovated. However, there was no toilet paper when I arrived, the bathroom trash can hadn’t been cleaned, and there was no cream for coffee in the room—small oversights that slipped through.

The room was spacious and felt 5‑star, especially the bathroom, and the location was great except for the stairs to the third floor. I had to feed the parking meter and climb three flights of stairs after entering the hotel, and Aldo, the young lady at the desk, wasn’t very helpful and gave us inaccurate information.

I loved the room; it was huge and opened onto a gorgeous little square with a church, absolutely beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfy. It sat right in the centre of the old town, just a stone’s throw from great restaurants and cafés.
