“גרוע”
Nothing. There was no hot water in the morning for showers, no WIFI on the second floor, the breakfast was very poor, and the carpets in the room released a terrible smell.

Location, price, and cleanliness.

I liked how clean the central area was, but the staff on the stairs didn't speak English.

The location was great and the breakfast was just right, though the rooms feel a bit old; the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked fine even though the rooms and bathrooms could use a refresh.
