The hosts were incredibly friendly, the room was fully equipped and spotless. They waited for us at check‑in even though we were almost two hours late, so thanks again! The only tweak I’d suggest is adding a zero‑calorie sweetener to the breakfast; otherwise everything was great.

The stay was magical and relaxing. The B&B sits in a quiet, green area just a short walk from the lake, and a few minutes on foot you can reach excellent restaurants. In the garden next door there’s a horse, ducks, chickens, and a cute little pig, which makes it a delight for kids and adults alike :) The cleanliness was impeccable. The owners are very kind and run everything with great care. Breakfast offers a wide range of homemade, high‑quality items. Highly recommended!

Clean facility and the owner is absolutely friendly. Great location for seeing Gardaland, Sirmione, Lazise, Peschiera… everything is perfect and the breakfast is exceptional!
