Accommodation was great and the wellness facilities were superb in a beautiful natural setting. The tables in the restaurant were very small, the space for breakfast and dinner was cramped, making the area relatively noisy. There was no covered outdoor seating, and evening seating after dinner was also missing.

Location, hotel facilities, dog friendly, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, wellness, covered 25 m pool and two tracks. Unfortunately I have to point out the very weak communication and the way problems were handled at reception. Even though the situation was eventually resolved, as a guest I really had no reason to care that the hotel had no functional communication with . I expect them to sort these processes internally – not that I would contact booking support during my stay and then have to convince reception about a miscalculated price for an extension that didn’t even match their own prices listed on the website. The staff also couldn’t explain why “it can’t be done differently.” Breakfast in buffet form is great, but the situation at the hot counter was amusing: when I asked if scrambled eggs could be prepared, I was told the lady only makes omelets – and then she just waited for someone to take the current one so she could make another. Overall the stay was unnecessarily ruined by communication and the staff’s attitude, which does not meet the standard I would expect from this type of hotel.

A very pleasant hotel with a generous breakfast, homemade bread and fresh omelette. Friendly staff. Beautiful wellness area with a swimming lane, biotope, etc. Everything was clean. Minor confusion on the arrival day with dinner and the bar; it’s best to call ahead to confirm if the food is included in the half‑board and what time it’s served, but everything was sorted out.
