The hotel sits close to the Grand Place yet remains quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very damp, the rooms are dark with only a small opening onto a dim hallway, and the Wi‑Fi is awful. The staff speak English even after we repeatedly asked them to speak Spanish, and a rating above 9 on Booking seems completely inflated in our view.

The room was clean, airy, and the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The bedding could be softer—both the top cover and the pillows felt a bit firm.

The location was ideal for our daily plans, letting us walk to Central Plaza and several nearby restaurants. I loved every aspect of the property.
