The location was good, but the place was dirty and old. The TV had no signal, no cable, and the remote was broken. In short, I won’t stay again.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and quite helpful. However, the rooms have clearly deteriorated: a faucet was broken, the walls looked very old, and the place didn’t feel very clean. On the fifth‑floor hallway there was a lot of trash that wasn’t cleared during my two‑night stay, and even the coffee cups were dusty and worn.

“I had not too good experience there.”

The staff were helpful and supportive. The room I stayed in was filthy: walls were very dirty, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, the bed cover had been used by another guest and hadn’t been changed, and the toilet paper holder was leaking so the waste came out when I flushed. My overall experience was not good at all.
