The staff were wonderful and upgraded us for free, friendly and helpful, but a knock for housekeeping at 8:30 on a Sunday morning was unreasonable—housekeeping shouldn't knock before 10 am. The room felt quite glum after the upgrade, lacking natural light, though it was comfortable and reasonably modern; the bath had visible water marks from previous guests, and the lack of plug sockets was odd—one was plugged in (probably the TV) and the other next to it was free, but none beside the bed or elsewhere, forcing us to share that single socket for two phones and hair appliances, constantly unplugging. I expected more from a Hilton, had never stayed in one before, and was under the impression they were fancy, but I was very wrong.

“Doppia personalità, sarebbe un bellissimo hotel ma la hall deve essere molto più ordinata”

Stanza interna silenziosa, zona bella, parcheggio. Più di mezz'ora per check in, personale impreparato, hanno perso prenotazione. Nella hall giorno e sera una massa di persone stravaccato sui divani con cibo e bibite, spesso senza scarpe, indecoroso. Personaggi che si aggravato con cani nella hall
