We stayed in a valley not far from Lake Como, where the cleanliness was consistently good with fresh towels and sheets swapped daily, and the staff were very courteous. The on‑site restaurant served tasty dishes for an extra fee, offering good value, and parking was abundant. The pool was very clean and the spa required an additional charge. A short drive away are lakeside towns with ferry access and a nearby large supermarket. We were given a duplex on the second floor that lacked air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi; during the hot summer days opening the window brought a strong mildew smell, the mini‑fridge was tiny and offered no space for family groceries. Those seeking local attractions found mostly bike routes and lake activities, and the breakfast fare didn’t resonate with the kids.
The place was quiet, the food was superb, the bedding comfortable, the décor charming, the indoor heated pool lovely, the breakfasts tasty, and the farm‑like setting great for kids. However, getting around without a car is a nightmare – taxis are hard to find and often fully booked, so you really need to arrange one well in advance, and don’t rely on the reception staff for assistance. The bedroom windows are very small, letting in little light, even in a suite.

The agrotourism estate was beautifully arranged, featuring excellent cuisine and a superb selection of wines, truly embodying the From Farm to the Table concept. Food quality and presentation were amazing, surrounded by mountains, silence, village scent, and alpine air, with the option to watch the modern farm in action. On‑site shop sold local wines, homemade cheeses, cured meats, and cosmetics. Service was top‑class—friendly, responsive, helpful—providing a place for relaxation and renewal. I had a minor issue with the room’s air‑conditioning, and for a short time the room felt warm.

Ideal for parents and children; the gelato is a must‑try and we’re sure to return for it. Staff are extremely kind and adept with small kids, and I went solo with my two toddlers and had babysitting available. 10/10.
