Breakfast and free parking, but the TV didn't work.
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff! The room had a faint musty smell.
The good location, quick access to Cottbus, and the pond landscape around Peitz and in the Spreewald.

The coffee is worthless, tastes like reheated, and is still poured from thermos flasks.
