I had no positives at all, and the receptionist was very irresponsible while there were no heaters.

The spot was fantastic, but the shower lacked pressure and didn’t get very warm, which is a problem for someone who loves a steaming hot shower.

Nothing good to say, and the room was uncomfortable and smelled like cigarettes from the neighbor, so we left immediately and felt the money was wasted.

The rooms were spotless, but I couldn't find a smart TV.

The staff tackled our problems immediately and supplied everything we requested or tried to make up for if they didn't have it; parking is cramped for a truck, and the shower pressure was absurdly high—you couldn't even put your face under it without risking injury.
