The space was clean, but the family room lacked a bathroom door.

The hotel sits in a great central spot and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite, making the atmosphere enjoyable. Unfortunately, when we arrived the room wasn't ready; the staff worked quickly to fix it, but we were already tired.
