“I would never stay in this and any in this chain hotels. again. Absolutely not”

The only bright spot was the location, close to our destination, but the room was run down and old—carpet was dirty, curtains were old and dusty, high chairs in the kitchen were broken, the bathroom was moldy and dirty, the bed was comfy but squeaky, and the air‑conditioner blew like a jet engine. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful; when I asked for a different room they said the system was down and could not provide another accommodation, promising it would be fixed the next day but nobody followed up. The room had never been properly cleaned, with dust everywhere; I tried to avoid touching anything. With the price we paid, I would have expected at least a clean room. The food was below average.

“It was a great stay”

I loved the location of the property, but the a/c unit was a problem.

“Safe area if you’re in a pinch but otherwise bring your shower shoes.”

I liked having a 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom layout so each person had their own space, but aside from the bedding and towels, the room was incredibly run down and dusty. I only photographed my bathroom, though I should have taken more. The pull‑out couch and bar chairs were completely shredded, dust covered all the light fixture shades, the bedroom drawers were broken, sticky stains marred the carpet, and a tissue was wedged in the wall.

“Nice, comfortable place to stay with excellent breakfast menu!”

The location was perfect; tucked behind another front property with a large parking lot. It was a very nice place to stay; I enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the center terrace while chatting with friends!
