The only good thing was the location. The tile floor was filthy and dark, only noticed after wiping up spilled water. Box trucks were parked at the end of the lot and suspicious men walked back and forth, smoking. People knocked on my neighbor's door at 3:20am, 3:30am, and 4:30am—I think they were hookers next door. I found a tiny beetle in my bed and when I squeezed it in the sheet there was blood, so I think it was a bed bug. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The price was cheap at $79.00, but I should have known why.

The room and the value were great. The problem is the $100 deposit they "charged"—they said it would be a hold and released the next day after checkout, but instead it was charged at 5 am and has not been refunded since checkout.

The only bright spot was the proximity to the hospital where I work. The room was only partially cleaned after 7 days and the towels were removed with no replacements. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a protein bar.

Water pressure in the shower was good, and there were plenty of TV channels; the fridge and microwave worked. I was unhappy when I was charged $10 per pet per night. No pet fees were mentioned on the booking website, only a $100 damage deposit (refundable), which I thought would cover pets. I was charged the $100 but they removed it after I called them about it. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or just trying to gouge me.
