I couldn’t even get in or get a response to my calls and voicemails; no one answered, they still haven’t replied, and they took my money—this service is terrible and I’m shocked.

The property is the most disgusting place in London; as soon as you walk in, you want to leave. A bucket of urine was in front of my door, the window wouldn't close properly, there was no heating, and mould on the floor around the corner corners made the room smell like dirt.

They never responded to chats; I booked four hours before check‑in, got a reply ten minutes before, and still got no response or refund.
