Nothing noteworthy. Even though the booking was confirmed, we were left at the front gate, which was locked for 15 minutes. Afterwards, staff told us the rooms were full and we couldn’t be accommodated. As a group of bike riders, including women, we asked if we could at least use the restroom, but that was denied.

Nothing. Cheating. They denied room at the booking price and made me take the room at almost double the price. Not clean. Used bed sheets were given

The hotel's central location and friendly staff were definite pluses, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place really let it down. The room was spotless when I first arrived, but the bathroom was a different story - the shower was clogged and the toilet had a weird stain on it. I was also a bit grossed out by the state of the hotel's gym, which seemed to have been neglected for a while. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag, but the lack of attention to hygiene was a major turn-off.
