Very clean, well‑equipped, spacious and quiet hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide selection. The cocktail was very good, nothing was spared. I felt much better than I expected. We’ll come back. From our point of view, the bed was too soft for us—we usually sleep on firm mattresses, but the mattress was better than at other accommodations.

A lakeside hotel right on the promenade, with its own garden and a closed parking lot. The building offers a nice panorama, we had a pleasant weekend, the staff were friendly, and they especially treated the child guests kindly.

Stayed one night at Genomresa, good location, very nice spa with lots of saunas, pools, relaxation areas, a very fine and modern facility. Easy parking right outside. The English skills of the staff were disappointing. A man at reception and a man in the restaurant spoke good English, but the rest of the staff could barely say anything. A hotel at this level should have better English.

Quiet place, lovely staff!!! The hotel is very old, the bed layout in the room is dangerous! Sharp wooden corners, we were injured moving side to side, truly a design with no human engineering.
