The room is wider and more comfortable than the photos show, and the kitchen is usable with pots, pans, spatula, ladle, etc.—a full set of basic cooking tools, plus a fridge the size of a single‑person unit. The surrounding area is a residential street, so if you keep it quiet you can have a home‑party vibe with friends. The cupboard has plenty of plates, so you won’t run out; you can wash used dishes and leave them in the cupboard. The bath supplies were standard household shampoo (I used Lux when I stayed), not the cheap commercial ones I expected. The front door is shared with the front desk, so if you check in earlier than scheduled you might bump into someone; after that you can just call if you need help, but otherwise it’s a no‑touch, two‑family‑house vibe with a private space. The toilet is next to the entrance, so it can feel a bit cold. The bath water tap is confusing for some people.
