I recently stayed at a hotel with my children, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The room had windows that wouldn't open, and the air conditioning was broken, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bed was only suitable for two people, despite our booking being for three. The hotel manager claimed that this was the standard, but the receptionist sympathized with us and provided an extra bed.

Our recent stay at a hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel's website didn't even have a photo of the exterior, and the building seemed to be a complex with multiple facilities, including a bowling alley, restaurant, and cinema. The reception was nowhere to be found, and when I asked a staff member for directions, she was unable to understand me in English.
