The Standard Double Room sleeps two and provides air‑conditioning, a private bathroom and sound‑proof walls. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, free toiletries, a bathrobe, slippers and a hairdryer. Inside the room you will find a flat‑screen TV with cable and satellite channels, a minibar, an electric kettle, a desk with a nearby power socket, a safety deposit box, a wardrobe, a telephone and free Wi‑Fi. Additional comforts include heating, a children’s high chair, linens, towels and ironing facilities.

City views greet guests as they enter the Superior Queen Room, which accommodates two people. The air‑conditioned space offers a flat‑screen TV with cable and satellite channels, a minibar, a desk, a safe‑deposit box, and sound‑proofing for quiet comfort. A private bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries, a bathrobe, slippers and a hairdryer. Free Wi‑Fi and an electric kettle are also provided for convenience.

“Zeer matig en zal dit niet meer boeken.”
The staff try hard and will do what you ask. A dirty, smoky room was offered, with mould and a deteriorated interior—really filthy. The next morning you had to move to another hotel or a different room. That was resolved. The photos on the website don’t reflect reality.
Most room types lack a heater.

The hotel’s location away from the city centre was exactly what we wanted, and the facilities were fine, the rooms spotless with comfy beds and a large terrace offering nice views. The neighbourhood felt quiet and safe, not touristy, letting us see everyday local life, and a supermarket right next door stayed open quite late, which was a handy bonus. Unfortunately there was a fist‑sized hole in the false ceiling that we had to block, and we could hear everything from the adjoining room; the first night two couples were noisy and we didn’t manage to fall asleep until 02:30 am.
The place feels very dated, only one masseur works there, the breakfast restaurant is cramped and looks like a storage room, the suite’s balcony isn’t very appealing, and the hot water supply is unreliable.
The staff were courteous and, despite limited English, did their best using translation apps; the cleanliness was decent and the outdoor soundproofing worked well, though noises outside the door were clearly audible—luckily only two rooms occupied the floor, so it wasn’t noisy. The bathroom light never got replaced, there was a bathtub but no shower head or curtain, and even after asking for a curtain it never arrived, so I had to sit in the tub to shower to avoid soaking the whole bathroom.
