Nothing was acceptable. We couldn’t stay even for one night because we feared for our safety; it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The only somewhat decent thing was the online pictures, which were completely misleading compared to what we received.

I appreciated that the bar and grill were right next to the lobby, so grabbing a bite after a late arrival was a breeze, and the room itself was a decent size. The bed felt a bit uncomfortable for me, though my husband didn’t mind; the shower head was positioned very low and the water flow was inconsistent. The building’s exterior clearly needed some upgrades and repairs, but none of that impacted our stay.

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and our room was clean, recently renovated and well appointed. The outdoor area shown in the photos offers an entertainment space that most hotels lack. However, the grounds need updating and maintenance, there’s no swimming pool or fitness facility, rooms don’t have microwaves, and breakfast was sparse and quite limited.

The location was great, right next to a beautiful park, and the hotel was clean. The facilities are older and need updating.
