Spacious and clean room; really good breakfast - that’s probably it. One of managers (also English speaking; 1st lady) offered an apology with free breakfast for caused inconvenience - appreciated!. Lengthy check-in. It took me probably more than 15 mins. I can’t say that this is a 5* hotel. Few reasons: 1) personnel’s attitude didn’t make me want to come back and stay here next time. No proper (standard) welcoming. I had to ask myself where is the elevator, how to connect to the Wi-Fi, had to ask to get a check for completed payment, etc. One of managers (English speaking; 3rd lady) was pretty rude rather than helping / solving issues - never ever experienced such an attitude even in 2/3* hotels. Another lady (at the reception; spoke only Chinese - 2nd lady) tried to be helpful and was really polite but couldn’t help much due to language barrier. 2) Not much variety of food in the restaurant in the evening. 3) Unstable tub 🛁; 4) No towel for feet. Location: 1) quite far away from metro station - probably 10-13 min walk; no buses; only taxi - you would probably also need to wait for some time as hotel is far away from everything; 2) no cafes or restaurants nearby; 3) one mini-market in the vicinity with a very limited selection

Breakfast was great, but the staff spoke little English so communication was poor and you can’t tell what dish you’re eating, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies. The location is very isolated, surrounded almost entirely by residential areas, so you’ll rely on the hotel’s amenities and shops; otherwise you’ll need a taxi all the time. The hotel’s location and the staff’s communication were the main negatives.
