The hosts are very kind, always available for everyone. The destination itself is very peaceful and beautiful, and the view speaks for itself. I recommend it to everyone; I’m sure you’ll be even more satisfied.

The reception was very friendly, the hosts were nice, parking on the property is possible, and the pool with loungers and umbrellas is great. Breakfast was good, there’s a fridge in the room, and the hosts are always available.

A wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy the northern part of Tuscany or just relax by the pool! The hosts Sabine and Christiano were very kind and gave us all the information we asked for. There’s a free parking spot for the car. The breakfast was served in front of the building and was very nice. The house is in a quiet location but not far from the center of Mosummano Terme; it’s a 10‑15 minute walk. The rooms, pool area and yard were very clean. You can really see that the hosts welcome guests and do their best. I highly suggest trying some food from the menu – we tried Pasta Bolognese and Carpese salads and they were fantastic! Nothing to complain about.
