The property was good, the front desk staff excellent, and we had a few technical glitches that were quickly resolved so they didn’t affect anything; the key was handed over once the issues were fixed. The tech hiccups were not a staff problem, just technology failing, lol. I would definitely recommend them. Everything else was good.

I appreciated the ambience and the room color scheme, and the LED mirrors in the bathroom were a nice touch, making it a wonderful stay overall. The only improvement I’d suggest is better pillow and duvet quality; the soft pillows didn’t provide enough neck support and the duvet felt a bit scratchy, but otherwise everything was fine.
