Very welcoming and clean structure, staff very kind and helpful, breakfast also very good, area is extremely connected, 5 minutes from the train stop at Santa Maria Novella, recommend! Refrigerator a bit sparse, room slightly cold, otherwise everything perfect.

We had a good stay. Fred and Alberto welcomed us warmly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Near the train station and the supermarket. Very good!

Great location, quiet and silent place, free breakfast! Nothing else.

Strategic location allows quick moves to Florence city centre. Room wide and comfortable, breakfast however has limited sweet options and no savory items that could add value especially for foreign guests.
