The staff let us use the pool, and they should list that on their website because some of us book specifically for the indoor pool for kids.

“Very disappointed”

Breakfast was decent, with a waffle maker and a selection of warm items. However, no one was at the front desk when we arrived; a note with a phone number was left instead, and I had to call three times before someone answered. He promised to be there soon, but the lack of staff on arrival was confusing and inconvenient. The pool and hot tub, advertised online and on the sign, were under construction. Overall the facilities didn’t match their description and the staff were very sparse.

Everything you needed was close by, but I’m a non‑smoker and the designated smoking area outside was uncomfortable to sit in.

“Our stay was great other than the hotel is dated and not very clean.”

Breakfast was solid, and getting connecting rooms was a nice perk, but the overall cleanliness left something to be desired.
