Nothing positive. I could never enter the facilities even though I had booked more than a month in advance. I was denied entry because the company policy required a student certification, which was never mentioned at payment. I was left alone at 10 pm without a place to sleep. Fortunately I managed to sort it out, but the owner is a mercenary who cares only about money, not the person’s situation. I do not recommend this place. The front‑desk girls did what they could to help me.

Excellent structure with many services. Strategic location. Parking spaces are limited.

The location is great. There are transport links nearby and an outlet store with many restaurants. Maintenance and noise are issues. Room cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. The bedding is not very prompt. I found cockroaches on my bed linens, and the student noise—especially those going to the pool at odd hours—wakes people up.

The property is very beautiful, the people are young, and the staff are kind. The only flaw was the room with the bunk bed, there was no hair dryer, and unfortunately the room was never cleaned during those days. I’m not upset overall.
