The staff were helpful, but the location was hideous, the rooms were in poor condition, and the network connectivity was extremely bad—most rooms had weak Wi‑Fi, so I had to ask for a room change to get better signal. The washrooms were in extremely poor condition.

I had the worst hotel experience in the last 20 years; even though the booking dates were changed, they still refused to honor the reservation, forcing me to scramble for another place at the last minute. The staff were awful, not worth staying.

The location was good, but the staff were rude and gave us water in a bottle that smelled like toilet cleaner, and the AC didn’t work properly.

There was nothing I liked: cigarette butts, stains on the pillow, a leaking flush, and condoms inside the beds. I was very stressed the whole time and felt like something could happen to me.
