Clean, good location, good food. The key broke while unlocking the door and we were locked out for a bit, but the two guys were great and fixed it. The TV didn’t work.

The breakfast was a simple affair—just two toasts with egg cooked to your liking and two pieces of local fruit; no buffet, no extra ordering required. If the hotel could bump the room rate slightly, adding breakfast would be a nice touch. The pool was unusable, and the staff at check‑in were not very friendly or helpful, seeming more concerned with their own comfort. When I asked for assistance they spoke only in their own language. The hotel is one of the oldest in Labasa and looks well preserved, but it really needs a major makeover.
