I've stayed at this hotel a few times before, and it's usually been a pleasant experience. The location is great, and the hotel is spotless. But this time around, the food was a letdown – it was cold and just didn't taste good. I'm not sure what happened, but it was a disappointment.
The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good, but unfortunately, that was about the only highlight of our stay. The room was dirty, with hair on the mattress and crumbs on the floor – it was a real letdown.
