Breakfast was superb, the room itself was comfortable and I loved having a balcony, the staff were friendly especially at breakfast, but one of the towels had stains on it.

The gentleman running breakfast was great—would give him a 7 instead of a 10. The only issue was that external guests were allowed in without being notified; security should enforce that protocol.

The staff are very kind, always available and very helpful, we felt very welcome, the hotel was beautifully renovated a year ago, it has spacious rooms and is clean, a 24/7 supermarket is right next door and a few restaurants are a short walk away – the Peruvian restaurant is recommended, and the photos of this hotel always give a true picture of reality.
