“Won't be going again”
The staff were friendly, yet the décor was very shabby and the plumbing made a lot of noise; the breakfast quality was low.
The beds were superb, the room was spacious, and breakfast was adequate with cereal and toast. The location is very central and there’s a parking spot at the building, but the main street is quite loud and the house and furnishings feel a bit dated.
“Won’t go back but have had worse!”
The room was large with a bath, but the hotel didn’t supply shower gel for the second night, didn’t replace the milk for the second night, and the bins were not emptied.
The stay was comfy and budget‑friendly, and any problem we ran into was handled quickly.

The location was great, customer service was good, and breakfast was excellent, with a clean room. We didn’t have a lift, but we’re used to that and carried only a small bag to the car. The property needs a renovation, yet it doesn’t smell mouldy like other places we’ve visited.
