The staff tries hard, but booking a room online feels almost impossible and the whole process is very static and computer‑centric. Trying to book a room at the front desk is a hassle.

Great location, always our go‑to hotel in Antwerp. Parking is nearby, right in the centre of Antwerp. No complaints.

The location is great. The room is spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast is plentiful. From the station it takes a pleasant 15‑20 minute walk along the main shopping street.

We stay here every time we come to Antwerp. The location is excellent and the price is worth it. The coffee from the machine at breakfast is very bitter, so my wife always asks for a freshly brewed cup. That’s a minor issue, but breakfast itself is very good.
