They refused to honor a reservation, took the money, and sold the room to someone else.

The spot was spot on for what I needed the room for, and it was clean and spacious—housekeeping did a great job, refilling amenities daily when requested. The breakfast that came with the stay was a lifesaver on busy mornings. On the flip side, the front desk was often empty for long stretches, and the staff seemed disinterested at times. The fire alarm rang randomly three times, which was disruptive even if it was unexplained. The beds were very soft and gave my back a bit of a workout after a couple of nights, but that’s just a personal preference.

The location was good for work, but the entrance was littered with cigarette butts—so many that it was downright disgusting.
