The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was also delicious, but I was at a wedding 3 miles away and not driving, it was impossible to get a taxi and the roads are far too dangerous to walk; some kind of taxi service I feel should be provided by the pub. Also the bin in my room had not been emptied and I had to ask for the heating to be turned on. If not for the Taxi problem I would have scored higher!

A beautiful village owned historic country pub in the idyllic Devon countryside. The pub had a lovely atmosphere, great restaurant food and a full range of drinks. The bedroom was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend The Kings Arms Inn and I hope to go back there soon

The room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was lovely, and I loved the resident dog and cats; nothing else to add.

The breakfast was excellent, letting us head straight to our rooms early to meet a tight deadline for a nearby wedding, and the old village pub had a charming, character-filled vibe.
