The apartments look gorgeous, clean, and quiet. But the staff misdirected me, and I wandered for nearly two hours. The bathroom light was out, and the balcony door couldn't lock, putting my kids at risk. No blankets were provided for them, so we had to sleep without any, freezing all night. Even after asking for blankets the next day, nothing was given.

The view from the place was nice. However, the room we received was missing a lot of essential items.

Nothing about the property appealed to me. The couch was uncomfortable, the stove didn't work, the shower door was broken, the smart TV malfunctioned, and the apartment was cold with no heater.

It was freezing cold, the blanket felt very light, and there was no heater, yet the property was very clean. The cold was still a problem.
