We had major troubles during our stay. In the night, an incident in our room prevented us from sleeping after 4 am. The mattress was damaged with a large hole, even a spring poked out. We spoke to the manager in the morning; he apologized, but we expected some compensation—perhaps a discount or a small gesture like a bottle of wine or champagne. Instead, the full price was charged with no adjustment for this significant disruption. That night will stay with us forever.
The owner was very helpful.
The staff were very kind and always ready to help. The location is enviable—it’s on the beach! Unfortunately we didn’t try the kitchen, but we’ll definitely return.
The staff were welcoming and the bathroom was clean. The buffet breakfast was average, but the coffee and tea were well made. The floor in the room wasn’t very clean, and the towels felt rough.
