“Bad experience ever”

Nobody is there, the hotel is not working Booking doesn't help. i stayed 3 hours outside Booking offred 16€ . the smallest difference between That and the cheapest one was about 20$. They give me back my money back after 10 days without compensation. Last trip with booking, I can't trust ly family with this website again.

I was really disappointed because there was nobody around and we had to book another hotel; no one answered the phone and we never got a reply through booking.
