The Deluxe Queen Room provides a flat‑screen TV with streaming services. It sleeps two on a queen‑size bed and includes a private bathroom.
“The issue was resolved but the member of staff was reluctant to resolve issue and attitude was hostile”
We were moved to a fine room after the first one had a swarm of mosquitoes right as we entered; the staff told us it was everywhere and handed us repellent, then suggested we find another place if we were unhappy. Finally, they showed us a different room that was mosquito‑free and we slept well.
The staff were extremely helpful.
I loved every moment of it.

The place was very private and peaceful, but otherwise it was just okay—nothing else to mention.

The location and the attention stood out, the breakfast was good, and we had a 6 am tour so they gave us take‑away breakfast. Everything else was fine.
