I visit Klagenfurt often and this is my favorite hotel. Breakfast starts at 6:00, and I usually arrive for it. The courtyard echoes loudly when people chat inside, and after 22:00 it’s a bit uncomfortable because I had to leave early.

The rooms were very comfortable. The mattress felt a bit too firm.

The room only had paper cups instead of glass ones, there was no wardrobe, and there were only four forks in total; the nightstand was also missing.

The young man at the reception during check‑in was very friendly and helpful. In the bathroom, the lack of a shower door usually causes a small overflow.
