“It was wonderful experience at staying at this hotel”
The hospitality was good.
“Good and spacious rooms, but could do with a bit of tweaking in terms of providing value for money”
The premium room was spacious, though it could use a bit of modernising; the TV channels and viewing options could use more international channels, and the staff were neutral. There was nothing bad, but attention to those points would help, and the location is good for the World Trade Center.
“Great place and great bar and food.”
The breakfast was amazing, but the room prices might have been a bit lower for guests who book several rooms and nights.

“Amazing hotel, food, service”
The breakfast was good and worth the price, and the room service, bar, and overall comfort were fantastic; Randheer Kumar and the team were excellent. However, the room rates could have been lower for some rooms since I booked many during my stay.
