The location was great for visiting Lucca’s famous villas, but breakfast only offered croissants and espresso—no cappuccino, fruit, eggs, or other usual items, just a variety of crackers. The décor was tasteless and unstyled, there was no staff on site, and the manager seemed demotivated.
