The rooms were large, and the all‑day safari with guide Davis was brilliant—he clearly loves his job, and the food, especially the meat, was top quality. However, the Wi‑Fi in this lodge is a real headache; you have to buy credit, which should have been included in the room rate. They claim everyone gets 300 MB for free, but that amount is used up a few minutes after turning it on. We then checked how much we actually needed. When we bought 500 MB we only received 300 MB, and when we bought 5 GB we only received 3 GB. They then claimed it was all used up. We’re not sure if the on‑site manager is aware of what’s happening, and the staff seem uninformed. This is a disgraceful practice that staff should not have to deal with, and the general manager needs to address it urgently.
