The people were pleasant. I had bed bugs in my room and was bitten; I want a full refund immediately. I took pictures and informed the front desk as well.

Nothing good to say. They cancelled our room and never told us. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. and had no room, so by 10:00 p.m. we were scrambling for another hotel.
