Clean and comfy, and the proximity to Victoria Park was a big plus; the nearby underground station made everything convenient. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a microwave.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly; they let us check in early and check out late, which meant a lot to us. The breakfast food selection, however, fell short of expectations.

Everything at this place was amazing—from the clean, spacious rooms and detailed design to the lake view and wonderful restaurant. Its location close to the airport was also a bonus. Nothing was lacking.

The hotel on the lake was wonderful, with a warm welcome and a birthday gift for my husband; the staff were hospitable, professional, and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was incredibly tasty and the service excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay, everything was top‑level, and we recommend it to everyone. Everything was absolutely perfect!
